Dear Coach,

Each year the Woodbury Relays has competition in all field events. These are for the TOP INDIVIDUALS in their event!!! The Seeding Committee has a very difficult task in trying to choose those who should compete. We try to only choose the top twenty four athletes in each event.

On your entry form for the Woodbury Relays, you will find the section where you may enter your athlete in any of the Field Events. You will also find a qualifying standard. This is just a guide!!! If your athlete has not reached this level, you may still nominate him/her for that event. Remember, you may use this year’s or last year’s heights or distances. However, please only enter a mark, which your athlete has obtained!!! (Indoor marks will be accepted.) Tell us where he/she obtained these goals. The Seeding Committee will then choose the Top Twenty four athletes in each event to compete in the relays. You must enter a distance or height.

Once again, we will contest the Women’s Pole Vault and the Men’s and Women’s Triple Jump. We must have at least twelve competitors in each event to contest them. They will count toward your athlete’s event count.

SEEDING MEETING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The final Seeding Meeting for the 2016 WOODBURY RELAYS will be held on TUESDAY, APRIL 12th, AT 7:00 P.M. at the Woodbury High School Cafeteria. If you are interested in attending, just come to this meeting and help to make this the best WOODBURY RELAYS ever!

ENTRY INFORMATION:

COACHES: PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR ENTRIES AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE, YOU CAN UPDATE YOUR TIMES ANY TIME BEFORE THE SEEDING MEETING. WE NEED YOUR ENTRY INFORMATION SO THAT WE CAN MAKE THE RELAY PROGRAM AS ACCURATE AS POSSIBLE.
